"Made purchase a week ago, but tracking on their site still states that my order is "In Billing Dept". Have made 2 web inquiries via their forms, but have received no reply. When I call their customer service numbers listed on the site, it rings for several minutes and finally disconnects with no answer or message. Still awaiting resolution of this issue..."

"Best prices on most of the parts I was looking for. Shipping was reasonable. Telephone customer service was not great, but I was able to get the information I needed. Overall, (depending on the results of this order when I receive it) I would recommend this company and will probably use them again in the future."
