"I bought the Dell P1110 GRADE A stated as BRAND NEW condition on their website
It did not come as described. Horizontal lines were blurry when I have the contrast over 85. Convergence was also very horrible, and impossible to fix.
I call them, which they are non responsive, and ask me to leave a message. They do not reply. I finally call the tech support number(the non 1-800 number), and get a hold of Alex, who helped me out. He was friendly, however, made me pay for shipping charges because he could not find that I have left a message, and the time I was calling him was over the 7 day free shipping period in which they will cover shipping costs.
So I pay for the shipping to send it back, and they send me a replacement. EXACT same problems but not as blurry. Convergence still sucks.
I call him again right after within 7 days, he says it has to be 7 days from invoice. I call bs, and negotiate to pay for half the shipping, he agrees. He also told me that a lot of the Dell P1110 have problems, and told me to switch to another model. He tells me to get the HP P1110 that costs $399, which those are brand new and not refurbished. I didn't have the money, so I went with the IBM P275.
Finally the IBM P275 arrived. This monitor had no blurry horizontal line problems, but the convergence is horrible. Though I think I am satisfied with this for what I paid for, even though it says BRAND NEW CONDITION.
Although the plus about buying the IBM P275 is that it's still under warranty and IBM has an excellent warranty. So this time I call IBM and they give me exchange, with them shipping first, and paying for the costs for me to return ship. The replacement had perfect convergence, FINALLY :)
Maybe I had bad luck to get three bad monitors in a row, or maybe I am just picky.
CONCLUSION: Don't expect anything brand new/flawless. Call within 7 days to avoid shipping charges."

"I ordered a PC3200 4.5ns Winbond ram rated at cas2..
It does do 200MHz @ cas2... or even 217MHz @ cas2, but it does not use winbond chips as advertised.. an i could have used far more aggressive timings if it was winbond ram as specified...
it uses a heatspreader to block the chips on there.. so people can't see what's under there.. FRAUD.. what's really under there is some cheap v-data taiwan brand crap.
though i do not feel like waiting forever to RMA this thing,
it at least hits its rated speeds... though i would not recommend buying ram from them"

"shipping was fast.. prices were rock bottom low...
though they sent me a blue cold cathode instead of the tri color one i ordered..
i issued an RMA, no problems, they agreed to cover shipping costs, and the people there were very friendly. Though when i sent it, they claim they never recieved it, and i sent it using usps priority with no tracking or delivery confirmation. So one note, if you send something there, always use some kind of tracking or delivery confirmation, they pay for shipping anyways..
well after a few phone calls, they said they had no record of my RMA, and they finally decided to send one out anyways..
overall my experience with this company is good, and i would certainly deal with them again."
