"I ordered on 05/05/2012 17:19:56 of may wanting to get fast delivery so i picked the fastest i could, this was `Euro Express 3-5 Working Days Shipping` I never got anything to say any items had shipped so i contacted them via there support page on 09/05/2012 (Day 3), asking them if my items were shipped and where they were, they replied back saying half of my items had been shipped and the rest would be shipped shortly, I felt this was ok... I emailed back after asking if i could get tracking numbers for next time so i can know when to be in but they said they dont have them but the next items will be on Wednesday (16/05/2012 - Day 8 - Already out of the time scale) So I waited on that day, nothing came... emailed again they said it will be between Friday ( 18/05/2012 -Day 10) and Monday (21/05/2012 - Day 11) So I stayed in, FINALY I get 1 more items... but im still waiting for something else so i email them again, and this is where it gets worse. Now they just keep picking dates out of a hat because its day 15 and I have still not got a tracking number or a date that i know 100% it will be there. The last thing they said to me was quote, `We have had stocking issues with regards to the 8G (as opposed to the 8GX) model. We can get this to you for Thursday however.`thats (24/05/2012) Its now Saturday (26/05/2012) I asked for a shipping refund and they will not even talk to me anymore. What ever you do, dont to business with them and if you do, do it with a credit card because your going to need to phone your bank to get your money back when they take ages to ship your items."
