"There was some confusion about getting the order processed and getting my activation approved through Sprint. Between Sprint and Let's Talk, I had to make three calls to get it all resolved. However, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and once the kinks were removed, I received my phone promptly. Overall quite happy with the experience."
