Don't buy a TV from them if you expect it to work
"I ordered a 3000 dollar TV. It turned on but wouldn't go past the start screen. LG support couldn't do anything. They are useless.
Refurbished = Broken. Save yourself time and money and just buy it New in box at Best Buy. Thay may also be useless also but at least you can go to the store and yell at them. And they have local people who can come and get it for you.
I had to take a day off work to receive this TV. Now I have to take another one to box it and ship it back. This company has no quality control."
