Can't believe that this company has in-network status
"I ordered glasses on the 2nd of December. It is the 29th of December and the glasses have still not arrived. The arrival date keeps changing every day. I spoke to a customer representative and they said that it's probably due to low supply or the holiday season. This is unacceptable.
If it takes them this long to ship glasses, then they should clearly let people know that this is the case. Don't lie to people and fulfill an order when you know that the frame might be on backorder or will be significantly delayed without informing them.
At this point I doubt that the glasses will even be quality. I'll probably return them when I do receive them because I don't trust this company. Please stay away from Glasses.com"
