"bought a lamp on 6/24, arrived with missing parts (glass bolt) from the original box, called to get replacement, said it will arrive in 1 week, then i kept calling twice a week, keep saying its back ordered. Finally a month later around 7/30, i received the missing part but its the WRONG PART, i called again and they said they "already knew its the wrong part sent", so they are asking vendor to send another one out but with no ETA. This is not the main issue, they processed my card the date of purchase on 6/24. Due to the issue, i just wanted to return but they won't allow me, so i filed a dispute. These people charged on again on 7/20 & 7/26 like its something they do often. I have only have 1 time from them, on 6/24. The processed the same charge on 6/24, then 7/20 and again on 7/26 for the same charge without my permission. I have called my CC and dispute all of them. When i called them to ask why they charge me 2 separate times when i never bought anything from those days. The customer service rep "Nanette" said "i am confused why we charge you as well, but since theres a dispute, there is nothing i can do for you" and ask me to contact me CC instead. Ill gladly dispute all charges, what kind of trash shady company is this?"
