"The purchasing went fine, they were glad to take my money. The delivery is the problem, as well as their customer service. i sent a message asking for the tracking numbers from them, i recieved very terse responses. the first one made no sense, the second one did, but on friday, the UPS person just passed right by. after another few e-mails i finally recieve a message telling me it was shipped today, 10 days after the order rather than the 4 days it says on the website. will not buy from them ever, want to squish them like bug and pretend they never existed. ----------- addendum, finally recived the product. Now they're e-mailing me telling me to modify my rating of them. fine, they still suck, they haven't heard of not using the caps lock key. still never buying from them again."
