"Horrible service. I placed an order two weeks ago for five items with laser engraving. Two days later I received a shipment notification and three days after that, I received a backorder notice. When I asked if I could get an upgrade, they stalled to see if they could fill the order. Now, two weeks later, I get another shipment notification without an update from USPS when I ask for the shipment status. Overall, I don't recommend ordering from this company."
