"I ordered my PS2 Slide-Card and Swap Magic V3.6 on a Sunday night and it was shipped out late Monday afternoon and had my package by Thursday of the same week. I received a tracking number so I was able to track the package. That is great service. Thanks a lot Giant Store! My only problem is with the Swap Magic disc. Sometimes my PS2 won't read it. I know it's not my PS2 because it doesn't have any problem with other disc's and I know I am doing it right because it is working some of the time. I don't know if it's a faulty disc or what. I would reccomend The Giant Store to other people."

My story is pretty much the same as everyone elses. I ordered Swap Magic 3.6 & Slide Card Disc Set, USA Version: 1 on September 23, 2006 and received a confirmation email right away. They charged my credit card almost right away (on 9-27-06). I ordered the standard shipping which their website indicates should take 5-15 days to deliver. When it went past 15 days I went to their website and went to contact ps2cover.com section. I inquired about my order and their website indicates someone will contact you within 12-24 hours. I received no response. I did this 4 or 5 more times and got no response. I contacted my bank and will be able to get my money back through them. They will investigate ps2cover.com.
Then I decided to google ps2cover.com to see if I could get more information so that I could report them to the proper authorities myself and I came up with an actual email address on some other website not related to ps2cover to contact (****@****). I emailed that account directly and actually received an email back. See below for the text:

Server problems? That's a laugh. They can't respond to you but they can send a confirmation letter and charge your credit card? This place is a scam. If you are thinking of buying from ps2cover.com I would change your mind and find a different place to order from. They will charge your credit card, not deliver your goods, and then make lame excuses why they can't fulfill your order or respond to you.
I hope this has helped steer a lot of people away from ps2cover.com. From the sounds of it they have been up to scamming people for a long time now.
