"I purchased a pair of new speakers with a sub for 30 dollars. They arrived broken. I expected thingfling to replace the speakers, but they wanted me to ship the broken speakers back at my expense. Ground shipping on the 12 pound speakers cost me 15 dollars! As a student, this is a lot of money for me. I find it absolutely unacceptable for a company to ship out a broken product and expect the consumer to pay additional money to have it replaced."
