Misrepresentation and deceit
"Ordered vitamin which arrived timely. However I noted that the major ingredient of the vitamin was lacking on the bottle and packaging. Healthy Planet found out from the manufacturer that the formula had been changed but they failed to reflect the changes on its website. So what they sent was different from what I ordered. Not acceptable . They refused a return despite the misrepresentation, this after delays and denials."
