"Web order resulted in "inconclusive" status screen asking me to call to verify. During call the sales guy stated the USB 2.0 extension cable was out of stock and offered a substitute. I explicitly asked if it was USB 2.0 rated, and received a "yes". On receipt the package stated 12.0MPBS, which is USB 1.1. On call for RA number I was told that I would have to pay shipping. So I return a $10 cable to get a $3 net refund. I found later that I could get the printer supplies locally at the same price without shipping cost.
Then I followed Email ads instructions for removal from list twice in 2 weeks and still got them, about 2x/week.
