"I went with this store vs. CCI camera city because of all the positive feedback for Rainbowtronics vs. CCI camera city. CCI camera was more then $50 less, but I didn't want a problem. I ordered the camera Friday night. Monday morning I received an email stating to call them because they needed more info with my credit card. I called all day Monday but they were closed all day. I got through Tues, but was on hold for a long time so I hung up. I tried back Tues again and got through. Sam asked for my credit card number on the back of the card. Then the there was a soft sales pitch for different accesories. I declinded them all. Then today, Friday, 7 days after my purchase I received my camera, which looks in perfect condition. My shipping charge was for 7 days so that worked out. The only complaint is that I had to call them to get a mini sales pitch, which took several attempts."
