Lowe’s Management should get some training from Home Depot
"Just horrible service. Lowe’s senior management should get some training from Home Depot so that they can implement proper procedure and provide appropriate customer service. Picked up parts from Home Depot in 5 minutes and then it took an hour to get my parts from Lowe’s. It seems that no one knows what they are doing or supposed to do. And they will not improve till many stop buying from Lowe’s."
