"Ordered DVD, shows instock, got confirmation email, then my credit card was charged. One month later I didn't get my order but an email says the item I paid for is out of stock. Sucks."
"Ordered hard drive and got comfirmation, 2 weeks passed and no delivery or any follow-up. Then got an email from them says there was an error in price and the order is cancelled. Treated customers like fools. Worst customer service I've every had. Big shame for the Big Blue."
