You wont get your order on time and you can't cancel it.
"The expected date for me to receive my order is overdue a week now and when I called to speak to the rep, she in informed me they had a technical error with their machine and that's why they couldn't process my order until they get the machine fixed. There was no definite timeline I would receive my order. I would have been more understandable with Overnight warning me there was a delay in my order but the fact that I had to email and call them to find out what was happening and then told that they "tried" to contact customers with delays, which is not accurate is disappointing. My backup was to order from a different company that was more reliable and could get me what I needed right away. I was told that I could not cancel my order because it is in production, and if I did cancel, I would only receive a credit on shipping which makes no sense. I've ordered from them in the past several times and never had issues, it just seems they've gone downhill. If they are over staffed, that's fine, just update the estimated delivery dates so people have realistic expectations. Would I order from them in the future...absolutely not"
