"Good price for the product (after rebate). Pretty bad shopping experience: had to try submitting the order several times; for some reason, it kept losing my authentication cookie (I would log in, select the product, try to order, and it asks me to log in again); very frustrating. The product shipped without invoice (invoice was required to get a rebate) and without any packaging (just in the original carton).
UPDATE: Thanks for the response from mwave (I bumped the rating by one star for your interest). Just in case it is of any help: I made several purchases from mwave, but always had the same problem with the order page repeatedly asking me to log in. I'm using Chrome on Windows XP and Windows 7. Could be a corp firewall issue? I also noticed some people complaining about similar problem at SlickDeals.net forum."
