Having only realised the 37 days it takes to receive the order after placing it,I was stuck, as cancelling means you still pay the material cost! 56 days later my order has not arrived, still showing as processing in the order status and no direct contact. The fact this company nave no phone no should send alarm bells ringing!!!! please do not use them I have been told that many people never ever receive their dress so it will only ruin the occasion that you are ordering for. You have been warned!"
