"The shutters took approximately two months longer than quoted. This did not go over terribly well with my client. No one called to make me aware of the status at any time, and after I had called when they were several weeks late, someone told me they were late "due to weather". I was then told that they would arrive in a few weeks and I would be notified when they did. This date came and went again with no call at all. I called again and was told they were being shipped. The quality of the product was acceptable but I would not use the vendor again because of the lack in communication from customer service."
