Stole my phone!
"I trusted I'd have good luck selling my Iphone 8 that was in mint condition. They quoted me $200 for it so I packed it really carefully and shipped it in. They sent back saying that they lowered the offer to $0. They wouldn't accept my item due to: screen has separated from the housing, scratches on the screen and screen doesn't fully light up. All three of these are total lies!!! The screen lights up fine, it's in almost new condition. There are no scratches anywhere on the device and the screen was fully intact with the housing. They said would you like to take the $0 or have us ship it back, I selected "ship back," haven't seen my phone since. I believe that they made up a bunch of bull **** so they didn't have to pay me, and they kept my phone anyway and made money off of it. I was robbed of a phone, and $200!! I am reporting to anyone and everyone I can. These scum balls are liars and cheaters and thieves."
