Bridesmaid Dress
"I'm only giving 3 stars because I had to order my bridesmaid dress twice. The first time I ordered a size US 10 - I'm normally a size US 8. When the dress arrived it didn't even go past my hips - given that the fabric is Satin and is not of a stretchy material. I end up reaching out to Hebeos through their customer service email to be able to return the dress for a bigger size. When I explained to them the situation they did not want to return the dress but after a two day back and forth email streak they finally sent me a one time code that would cover the full cost of the next dress but not the shipping. I end up going to reorder the dress and the one time code did not work - I had to re-email them but they were able to fix the problem. I reordered the dress for a second time but this time a size US16 - I did have to pay the shipping again but I had rather payed for the shipping again than for the whole dress. This time around it did fit but some alterations do need to be done on the dress. Moral of the story: Make sure you measure and remeasure yourself before purchasing and look at the sizing chart - it is a hassle if you have to return. Also, READ THEIR POLICY BEFORE HAND this goes for any store you purchase from - I believe this is what helped me back up my argument. Other than the return issue the dress was good quality, was just like the presented picture and shipping was fairly quick. MAKE SURE you are ordering with enough anticipation time - especially if it is for a special event! In case you encounter a problem."
