"They use UPS who then uses the USPS to deliver your package. Nobody (actual person) can be reached immediately at UPS or Distric Lines to help when your package is 4 days overdue. I’d just like answers to find out when I can expect to receive what I’ve already paid for but they have their money and that’s all that matters to them. Two companies delivering the same package only means longer wait time and more chaos for the customer but it’s probably cheaper for them to choose this delivery system. They aren’t customer focused or customer friendly, no company is, whenever they choose this cheap shipping method. Amazon gets it right and delivers in two days and also has a person you can speak to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Maybe they need to see what District Lines sells and start selling their products. I know I’d buy from them. This place though? Nope. Never again. The whole customer service experience means absolutely nothing to them."
