"I've made three purchases from this store. I can't believe how easy the site is to navigate. I could do it in my sleep.
Placing an order is extremely simple. Bravo!
As to pricing, well, I shop around a bit first. Their pricing is competitive. I always weigh shipping costs in as criteria when I buy. Any company offering free shipping automatically goes to the top of the list for a purchase. These are few and far between unless you hit a special deal.
The next would be flat-rate shipping. This is as hard to find as hen's teeth. HK Flix offers (low) flat rate shipping up to a certain sum, $49.00. Beyond that, the shipping for DVD's is free. You can't beat that.
This sort of deal always engenders in me a certain kind of trust because the merchant isn't taking advantage of customers by killing them with postal costs. It matters.
A buyer then has the option of paying a negligble amount to get expidited shipping...UPS, or Priority Mail. Something like that. I opted with my third order, to pay the money. A couple of dollars.
The package arrived so fast, I couldn't believe it! And not only that, but it was very well packed. That also matters.
As to selection...WOW...it's like a limitless candy store, and no diet in sight. They have everything. EVERYTHING!
Do I love them? You can bet on it.
I have had a small amount of contact with them through customer service (not a complaint), and the tech department. These people are so polite, and so nice, it astonishes me. That matters.
I have received nothing but courtesy, and warmth from them. I feel they would bend over backward to be of help to a customer.
They describe their products very well. They stand behind the goods they sell. The merchandise is excelently categorized. It's a very intelligently thought out site.
They are blunt to the point of painfulness about items they don't think highly of, and are so funny about it, I roared, then I sent copies of some of them to a friend who also laughed as much as I did. This approach shows a lack of the hard-sell mentality with these people. I love that.
I tend to be brand/company loyal as long as I'm satisfied, and I anticipate doing business with HK Flix as often as finances allow. If I had the funds, I could see myself spending tons of money with them.
Then turning into a mole because I never saw daylight again, since I'm a movie junkie.
I recommend this business so highly. I believe they are commpletely trustworthy, and great all around!"
