"We came in to get a Sena headset for our daughter. My wife and I already had the 20s on both our helmets. Trying to save a few dollars we bought the SMH10 and our salesman (Bill I believe) installed it in her helmet and then helped us link all 3 headsets. We put on our helmets and went out to ride away. We immediately found that the SMH10 was not the right choice and there were a couple features missing that we were used to having. We went back in the store and asked if we could return the SMH10 in favor of the 20s. Bill was very accommodating and took the first headset out and put the new one in no questions asked."
