Vybe 3060TI Purchase
"I recently purchased a brand new pre built vybe 3060 TI from main gear. Although I can imagine the time I ordered, around Thanksgiving, is a bit crazy and there is an overflow of orders. However, I believe I actually received my order a week or so earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
As I am not a big computer person, I was pleasantly pleased that the computer I ordered came basically ready to go. Plug it in to an outlet and plug in a monitor and it was good to go. I installed the programs/games of interest and it ran pretty smoothly, no real issues initially.
Then after running some of the games I play, I noticed a temperature issue with my CPU and GPU. After some research I decided to reach out to customer service for information and support. After some back and forth, along with a phone call and a bit of time, we came to a solution that hopefully will address my issue.
Overall, I really appreciated that the pre-built computer came ready to go in a timely (early in my case) manner. Jordan from customer support was willing to work with me and answer my questions regarding my issue and we came to solution. Personally would come back to Maingear for another computer should the need arise in the future."
