"The product was advertised as in stock and was promiced to be shipped in two weeks. I made purchase and my credit card was charged on October 17. After three weeks of waiting customer representatives started giving different explanations why product still was not shipped and when it will eventually happen. Ron (Monday, Nov.7): "It takes 21 business days to ship, but we will ship today or tomorrow". John (Tuesday, Nov.8): "There was tornado in Florida, but we will ship it today". Justine and his manager Josh (Wednesday, Nov.9): "A shipping mistake has occured. The product must have been shipped directly to you by one of our shippers, but it was shipped to us. We will get it and resend to you with express shipment on Friday (Nov.11)". However, when I called on Monday, Nov.14 the product still was not shipped. I cancelled the order. I would like to inform the community, that Click4TVs.com is a daughter company of BigOnDigital.com (1641 McDonald Avenue Brooklyn, New York 11230; http://www.bigondigital.com). My credit card was charged by that company and Click4TVs customer representative confirmed their relationship. BigOnDigital has unsatisfactory reputation with BBB. So, Click4TVs might be an attempt to escape from bad reputation without making improvements."

"Ordered Canon G3 in March. Had to call to confirm my order. I know that as a trick to push overpriced accessories and extended warranty. In fact, salesperson did offered them, but to my surprise he was not pushing and accessories price he offered was well below their official web price. I was planning to buy some stuff anyway, so I ordered Advanced Accessory Kit. Shipping was fast, but my accessory kit was not quite correct; I had to send one item back. Salesperson promptly resolved the issue and sent correct items via FedEx at no additional charge. I see it as a minor issue though considering the price and promptness of the service. Bottom line: I have top of the line product for the price of previous geration model. Oh, yes, they encourage customers to provide reviews. But I do not see here a problem as long as you write truth: most people including myself never write reviews, so you would never read this one if I was not specifically asked for."
