"SCAM ALERT! Most negative and disgusting experience I ever had! These guys are OUTRAGEOUS! I was attracted by price and stock availability. Placed an order on 03/29/2011 on 4 units of 60CSX at $219.95 each plus $100 shipping, had no response. Contacted by phone, said wait 72 hours, they also said they will readjust the shipping price, as this is just a default price which will be lowered after the order is processed. It was just a fake promise, as soon they send me e-mail asking to select my shipping option: $100 USPS or $100 Fedex. Unbelievable! After 72 hours called them back, they said they need to verify my AMEX CC. Finally got an e-mail asking me to call my bank and get an approval code. Did that, called them back with this code, but this time they requested photocopy of my CC front and back along with my driver license. Did that. They asked me why do I want to buy 4 units??! I said: one for myself, one my wife, brother and son. They said - can not sell 4 units, only can sell ONE and the charge for shipping remains the same: $100! What a SCAM!!!
Lost my time and money! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!"

"Horrible customer service, phone calls are rerouted to hide their real location. Fraudulent promises on the product availability and pricing. Angry and abusive responses on e-mails. Must be a some kind of SCAM.
Definitely would not recommend anyone to shop there."

"BigMicro.net is a black hole. I would not recommend to anyone even visit this site.
Unfortunately I did not look for online forums and did not check this site for a feedbacks and reputation.
I spent $1800 plus and did not receive any tracking details or anything at all. From the first e-mail (order confirmation) I understood the site is fake, as my order number was just toooo short in digits and that is for such as a big company! I paid by using CC and PayPal, so I lodged a claim with PayPal. So far PayPal recovered only $ 1500 as they did not have enough money on their account. My Credit Card people are very reluctant to do anything - they said the transaction was done via PayPal, this organization is considered to be a very secure and I have to follow this claim with them.
PayPal stated in their letter:
If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to recover the balance from the seller.
If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges.
But I am still $300++ out of my pocket...
BigMicro never picked up the phone and never replied on my e-mails.
When I view my order details on BigMicro.net it is showing as order canceled and the money refunded, but that is fake - they never refunded anything.
So please think twice before giving your money to them!"
