"I was initially concerned about how long it took from the order date before delivery but was very happy when the machine that I ordered arrived. The computer was packaged extremely well so that there was very little chance of any damage. I got it out of the boxes and just plugged it in. It had been setup perfectly, just as I ordered. This machine was ordered to replace a machine that had functioned 24/7 for over ten years so I was looking for reliability and cool running operation. It has been running now nonstop since I hooked it up to everything the old machine controlled. The new machine is handling a larger load, and doing so much quieter and faster than my prior machine; even though the old machine was purchased on the bleeding edge of technology and this new one was no where near the edge. It only cost a little more than $1000. I am very happy and highly recommend AVA Direct to anyone wanting a reliable machine at a reasonable price. In addition, the website is set up to easily design non-standard machines and their staff still assembles them and burns them in."
