"Lets just start by saying THEY SUCK. The customer service is worst that I have ever experienced. It has been the worst experience that I have ever had. I bought a bedroom furniture from them in December and I have tried to have it delivered corectly four times and not once have they managed to come to deliver it on time or correctly. I have waited at my house for over 18 hours and they still have not gotten it right. I would strongly advise any one NEVER to buy anything from them especially the NOVI store they have the worst customer service and managers that I have dealt with.. they are condensending and rude."
