Horrible
"I'm so extremely disappointed smh wow, so I finally received my picture frame and the name is incorrect also the due date is incorrect. My family was excited about the order just before Christmas and now the order is totally incorrect.
Customer service: I called customer service about my issue the representative name was Imani and she was extremely unprofessional and wasn't apologetic about the wrong item being shipped. As per Imani "you just received someone else order". This is horrible customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no, a message will be sent for a supervisor to call me. I would never order from this place of business ever again. Just awful"
