The prices are good but shipping is slow
"I bought some fabric this Sunday and it still hasn't shipped out yet. They say they ship in 24-72 hours, but it's well past that. Perhaps because of New Year's but it's now January 3rd, so I would think they would have shipped it out by now at least. And the last time I bought from them, I had to tell them they were taking a while to ship, and they then sent me the wrong colour of fabric. So now I don't even want to tell them to hurry in case they send me a wrong colour of fabric again. The price is good as well as the rewards, but it takes so long to ship. I don't understand why. Please increase dispatch speed FWD."
