They Steel your Magic
"Sharing my "Magical experience" with Disney Online Store!
I Ordered Toys for my son for his birthday. After encountering problems with delivery and sending numerous emails which never got responses. I chatted with them on their online customer service chat and was promised the order would be there for my sons Birthday. My son ended up getting nothing for his birthday as i never recieved my order, i saved for months too buy these toys for my son and i could not even get him something else for his birthday because i spent all my money on the Toys from Disney that never arrived!! My poor little boy was so sad it broke my hart. I opened a dispute with paypal as i was getting no response from Disney. Finally they responded saying they will refund me my whole order but i first need to cancel the dispute with paypal in order for them to process my refund! Once this is done they will immediately send me proof of refund for my whole order i never recieved. I canceled the dispute with paypal and they still haven't sent me proof of refund!! I emailed countless times and chatted with them online a they say is someone will get back too me but don't! I tried talking to paypal and explained how they tricked me in closing the dispute with saying they will refund but never did, just to find out you can't reopen a dispute with paypal once closed, I'm sure Disney new this and used this loop hole. Im so sad and disappointed i thought Disney was a reputable company but guess i was wrong!"
