They sent the wrong part
"Order an adapter for a set of taillights I ordered. Shipping was slow to start with. Then when I opened the package. They had shipped the wrong part. Ok, it happens whatever. Got with customer service the exchanges seemed to be easy enough. Had to ship back the wrong part before they would ship out the correct part.
Took almost a week to get the original WRONG harness. And now working on ANOTHER week waiting on what I hope is the correct one……..
Still haven’t received it.
I don’t like ordering parts online anyway, and this is a prime example of why."
