"I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my boyfriend for his birthday. The order arrived quickly, however it contained a completely different style of sunglasses from the one I ordered.
After contacting customer service they offered to ship the correct pair, but it is scheduled to arrive after his birthday. They did not offer any discount or faster shipping. I also have to take the time to send back the incorrect pair. I was very unhappy with this experience."
