"Seidio seem to be in business of charging credit card, not retailing - stay away. I wish I have read about experiences on this site before ordering from them.
I have ordered an audio adapter for my Blackberry and was charged $13.95, but have never received it. At first I called and wasted 35-40 minutes to get their promise to ship it "again", but nothing came. Second time the same waste of time and the same result. The third time I just asked to cancel my order and a credit, but got back only promises of "another attempt" to deliver. At this point I filed a dispute with my credit card company."
"I have ordered and waited for 3 weeks, just to see them extending it for another 3 weeks without even sending me an email warning about it. The good thing is - canceling the order was easy. Nobody really cares if you come or go."
"These people cannot do anything right. Status on their website does not match real status if you are lucky enough to get through their telephone line. I was waiting for over 30 mins to get to talk to an operator, to pay priority overnight rate for delivery, and still do not have my PC. I wish I would check the review here first. Avoid!"
"They shipped defective merchandise, and required to pay shipping for return and replacement. To add insult to injury they want to bill me twice, and hold on to the second (replacement) payment for a few weeks. I will never buyu there again."
