"2/3 of my lenses were faulty. One actually tore to pieces in my eye within a week of wearing. I’ve been wearing contacts for over 20 years and this was a first batch I’ve ever worn that was obviously low quality product.
Tried to reach out to customer service chat. They first tried to turn me away over some really low excuse of account verification that was quite a flimsy reach and obvious attempt to get rid of me. They only gave me their excuse after I explained my contact issue.
They then couldn’t find my prescription even though I’ve ordered through them twice and had to upload it with my first order.
Finally, when they were willing to look at my issue…they gave me a $20 credit. For a year of flimsy products that ran out MONTHS before their actual allotted time.
