"GREAT EXPERIENCE! Definitely WILL buy again! In Short: Good Price and Quick Delivery! I had a terrible experience with MPSUPERSTORE and had to cancel my order with them. Worried a lot when I ordered with ElectricSam but ratings seems a lot better, so I gave it a shot. I'm happy I did!!! Ordered on Monday and shipped Friday, SAME WEEK! Yes, they too require a phone call to confirm order and try to sell you accessories, but it was no pressure. CSR was very nice and professional. Even though the status wasn't available on their website, a quick email did the trick! CSR replied within 24 hours with a tracking number was sent back. The only problem I had was that they only ship to your billing address. This wasn't anything to worry about even though no one was home becuz once I had the tracking number, a quick call to FedEx the day before and they held it at the station for me to pickup. Very satisfied so far! The unit is being charged and can't wait to take it on my vacation!"

"I ordered the digital camera from MPsuperstore and asked Mr. Tom R. specifically if the camera is in stock, and he told me "yes, of course." When he tried to sell me more accessories, I declined stating this camera is for a gift. My credit has been charged, and this morning I got a call saying the camera is suddenly out of stock, and they have to charge my credit card before they can find out if the camera is in stock. I'm contacting the BBB (not sure what good that'll do) and gonna let everyone know to stay away! Very bad business ethics!"
