This company is HORRIBLE - don't use them
"The customer service doesn't speak English. I ordered 6 Feather Banners A MONTH AGO & NEVER GOT THEM. My event is tomorrow, they PROMISED ME FRIDAY they'd be here TODAY & left me hanging - found out THEY WEREN'T EVEN MAILED YET.
DO NOT USE THEM, especially IF YOU HAVE TO COUNT ON SOMETHING YOU NEED. TRUST ME. Getting a refund was like pulling teeth, we couldn't understand them through their broken English truthfully. Call Customer Service BEFORE you do anything - it will matter."
