"I placed my order on December 1st, it is now April 26th and nothing. Twenty something emails back and forth, not one real answer. Had a tracking number that magically appeared in late January, a day after I sent an aggressive email. Usps never actually received the package the company just created the shipping label. After months it was still no good. Eventually they said it had been "rejected by customs", even though I ordered the torch which doesn't even have a laser. They have supposedly resent it, but it's been over 20 days and still no new tracking number. This company is a joke, and any good reviews are a joke as well.
*UPDATE* I received an email at midnight on 2/26 saying that customs had "seized" my package, and they weren't going to try and resend it. So after more than 5 months of waiting they are refunding my money whether I want it or not. And yes, they took my money immediately without shipment."
