Someone contacted me back and I received the missing merchandise yesterday evening. The person then again took the initiative to send me a detailed shipping list. I had been happy with this company for more than 5 years before this one event. I am happy with them again!

I was happy with DiscountMedicalSupplies for about 5 years until the last 2 batches of orders. There are items missing. I contacted the company within 3 days of receiving other items. I let them know that the items missing are not on any of the packing lists and I assumed that I should expect a separate box coming in the mail. Two months passed by, no one ever contacted me back, I still don't know if they are waiting for new inventory or they are just no going to give me the items for which I have paid for.. .."
