The worst customer service.
"This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It was almost impossible to get any one on the phone. then When I finally did he sighed and put me on hold until the call terminated. I called back and the same guy did it again. His name was Robert. I finally had to be direct and tell him not to transfer me. All i needed was confirmation that my order was cancelled. The Item I ordered was on back order which was not going to meet my needs. I cannot believe companies like this exist. Radiator Express has a major Customer Service Issue."
