they do business correctly
"I have had a few issues with damaged plants, and of course expected a fight the first time. they made it so easy and correctly handled the situation that i was near speechless (rare for me) and ended up explaining how I was ready to 'fight' but they fixed it so fast it was impossible.
They make it so if an error, mistake, negligence was commited instead of leaving with a "never again" feeling, its more of a 'well that's conveinent'. They also hire the right people for phones, polite, quick, at least mildly intelligent workers."
