"I received my calendars and they looked great, but I didn't receive any envelopes to mail them out to my customers. I called their customer service to find out what happened as soon as they arrived, and had to leave a message. It's been almost 2 weeks now and I still haven't heard back. I've had to go purchase envelopes to send these out."
