"After two attempts, they sent the correct and new item. WI claim the parts come directly from Mercedes-Benz, but the 1st item was totally damaged. I doubt MBZ sending defective items (but mistakes happen). Anyway, I have recieved the correct (new) part finally. I have to admit, with my persistance, they changed their attitude and responded promptly to my complaints. Thank you."
