No communications , lot of delay
"I put the order with the expectation that its an easy process , to make it more perfect i included the professional installation also. But i didn't receive any email communication about when the product will be shipped , i had to call the customer service multiple times for this and every time i call they give a different date. Finally the product shipped in a tottaly diffrent day without any prior notification, Then i had to wait 7 days for the installation. Since they don't do installation on weekends i had to take a day off to complete the installation."
