Badly damaged Casa Florentina Hutch
"Horrible experience with supposedly high-end Casa Florentina line. Waited 6 months to get my kitchen hutch and the top hutch was completely damaged (see photos), likely due to the far insufficient packing. They offered a replacement with ANOTHER 6-month wait, or I could keep it with a discount that would void the 1-year warranty as to the entire product (including the base which was not damaged). Avoid Casa Florentina!"
