"Beware! the base prices (before discounts) listed on the website swing up dramatically 25-40% depending on the weekly discounts offered. The customer service is VERY hard to reach and once you do, there are no resolutions offered.
Many Laptops are shipped with wrong power adapters and the desktop must be thoroughly checked b/c the components on the website description often is not what you actually get.
Problem resolution process is OK, but painful. You have to fill out escalations form, wait for approval etc. Then they will offer you a partial refund (small) or an option to return. You have to fight REALLY hard in order to be refunded for a $50 shipping fee (cost to return a 60lb workstation).
systems are good and occasionally you get a good price, if you get lucky.
the overall process is painful and will leave you with a very sour taste in your mouth if you have to resolve any problems."
