Exceeded My Expectations!!!!
"I have extremely high expectations with customer service in every scenario. I was so impressed with the service I received from Anna and Q at the Westfield Mall Helzberg Diamond store. From my initial conversation with Anna on the telephone to the in person interaction with both Anna and Q, I was elated. I had been given a tennis bracelet as a present, and it was too big. My daughter purchased it on Long Island and I live upstate New York approximately an hour from the Westfield location. So I wouldn’t have to drive twice to New Jersey, Anna discussed with the jeweler to adjust the bracelet while I waited. This was such a help to me as it alleviated two trips, one to drop it off and two weeks later to pick it up. This was so kind of Anna and the true meaning of serving the customer. I would highly recommend any of your jewelry needs at this Helzberg location and definitely ask for Anna or Q. You will be so delighted with their kind and thoughtful approach. 100 ️ ️️ stars!!!"
