Inaccurate Availability of Products & Apathetic Customer Serivce
"When I first placed an order with DeepDiscount.com, their system said the items I bought were all In Stock. They only fulfilled part of my order, so I called to find out the status of what was still missing, just to be told that item is now on backorder.
I advised the representative on the phone to keep it on backorder in the event they could procure the item. A few hours later, they email me to say they are cancelling the order, which I did not request when I called earlier in the day.
They have very poor communication with their customers as they provide incorrect information on their website and then refuse to heed one's request to keep an item on backorder.
Because of their ineptness and blatant disregard for customer service, it wound up costing me over $40.00 more for the same product that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere if I would have known at the time I placed the order that they did not have this item on inventory.
I am a very loyal customer and they had zero consideration for the inconveniences which they caused me. They take absolutely no responsibility for errors which they create and could care less how they treat their customers. They truly are the epitome of apathy."
